Bartending in Istanbul Alright, so, getting to Istanbul and getting to the university I was at: uh, one of the first orders of business was trying to find a place to go find a drink. Put on some Gloves All right, my best moment with one of my employees: We were working behind the counter, and a customer came in and said he lost his wallet. He think he--he thought he threw it in the garbage on his tray. And I said, "No problem; we'll help you." And I just looked at one of my employees and like, "Okay, pick through the garbage.
